SCOTTSDALE COMPANY PACKS A SACK FOR NEEDY KIDS
WITH PHOENIX RESCUE MISSION
A Lot 2 Offer challenges other local companies to join in the food drive and give
back to community
Scottsdale, AZ (July 1, 2009) - A Lot 2 Offer provides consumers an alternative for
buying and selling privately owned vehicles; they offer a neutral location to sell smart
and buy safe. Additionally, the company is committed to giving back to the community.
A Lot 2 Offer is kicking off a month-long Pack-A-Sack 4 Kids drive in July alongside
Phoenix Rescue Mission. The Pack-A-Sack concept is to fill sacks with non-perishable
food items for children the Mission serves. A Lot 2 Offer is challenging other local
businesses to get involved and Pack some Sacks.
A Lot 2 Offer and Phoenix Rescue Mission are challenging companies to get involved
and to pack as many sacks as possible. A Lot 2 Offer representative, Deanna Fero said
"People are in need of some relief. We hope to give some (relief) by providing these
sacks to those that really need them. It's important in these economic times that we all
come together as a community and help each other. That's the only way we are going
to get through this."
The company that fills the most sacks will be given a plaque for their commitment and
dedication to community service during the economic downturn. Participating
companies can stop by A Lot 2 Offer and pick up bags. Packed sacks will be collected
at the Lot on July 31, 2009. Phoenix Rescue Mission personnel will distribute sacks to
families in need. A Lot 2 Offer is located on Scottsdale's Motor Mile on McDowell &
Miller Roads. For more information, please visit Alot2Offer.com or
